The hotel is a good place to stay for families, with very clean and well-serviced large rooms, spacious and well-equipped. The service was exceptional overall, although Maria stood out for her unhelpfulness. The location is convenient with easy access to nightlife, but the distance to Puerto Banos may be inconvenient for some. The dining experience offered basic but good options, and the facilities were satisfactory.

Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience overall. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean, offering everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The pool area was equally impressive, creating a great atmosphere for relaxation and fun. While the service was friendly and good, a little extra effort could have elevated the experience further.
